Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the paid intake and, where separately agreed, the full personal guidance programme.
Provider
The service is provided by Sportbeurs Amerika NL, Chamber of Commerce 85503495, VAT ID NL004106939B54, Van Woustraat 64-1, 1073 LN Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The intake
The intake lasts 60 minutes, costs €14.99 including VAT and includes a short written summary. It does not obligate you to purchase the full programme.
Booking and payment
The appointment is booked through Calendly and paid in advance through Stripe. The agreement is formed when the booking and payment are confirmed.
Cancellation and no-show
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start for a refund. Within 24 hours or in case of a no-show, the fee is not refunded, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Right of withdrawal
Online consumer agreements generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. If performance is requested within that period, the service may start earlier. After full performance, the right ends where the consumer gave the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement.
Full guidance programme
Scope, responsibilities, price and payment terms are agreed separately. The intake fee is deducted when the full programme starts.
No guarantee
Recruitment, admission, team places, eligibility and financial aid are decided by third parties. The service does not guarantee a scholarship or admission.
Client responsibilities
The athlete and, where relevant, parent or guardian provide accurate information, meet deadlines and check official requirements and offers.
Liability and law
Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protection that applies in the consumer’s country of residence.
