If you start the full programme, the €14.99 intake fee is deducted.

Why does the intake cost €14.99?

I reserve an hour, prepare the conversation and write the summary. The fee keeps that time available for athletes and parents who are seriously exploring the route.

Payment is completed during booking through Stripe. Check your email address carefully so you receive the confirmation.

Under 18?

Book together with a parent or guardian.

For a minor, a parent or legal guardian enters into the agreement and makes the payment. The route also involves study, finances, documents and departure decisions.

Cancel or reschedule

Free until 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancel or move the appointment at least 24 hours before the start time for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Cooling-off period

An appointment within 14 days is possible.

Online bookings generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. If you choose an earlier appointment, you expressly request performance within that period. After full performance, the right of withdrawal ends if you agreed correctly in advance.
